1. Our Core Commitment: Offline-First & Local Encryption

Dataflee LLP products are engineered around an offline-first philosophy. Your retail records, product catalogs, customer khata balances, receipt templates, and logo designs are stored locally on your device in secure, sandboxed storage:

• Dataflee POS: Business data resides in local Room SQLite storage encrypted at rest using SQLCipher (256-bit AES) with Keystore-backed key protection.
• PrintWedge: Receipt templates, custom layout designs, print jobs, and company logo photos reside exclusively on your physical device in app-private storage.

2. Information We Collect & Process

We collect only the minimum information required to deliver software functionality:

• Account Credentials & Profiles: Store name, merchant name, contact email, phone number, and city (for Dataflee POS merchant account management and verification).
• Website Purchases: When you buy a plan on pos.dataflee.com we ask for your mobile number, shop name and email address, so the payment can be matched to your registered shop. The payment itself is handled by Razorpay; we do not receive or store card numbers, bank details or UPI PINs.
• Cloud Sync Backups (Optional for POS): When Cloud Sync is activated, encrypted catalogs, invoices, and ledger entries are synchronized to Google Firebase servers.
• Hardware & Peripheral Diagnostics: Detected connectivity (Bluetooth printer capabilities, USB host status, camera barcode scanning availability) used solely to drive connected hardware.
• Crash Reporting & Performance: Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic telemetry via Firebase Crashlytics to resolve unexpected bugs.

4. Strict Non-Disclosure & Zero Ad Tracking

Dataflee LLP strictly enforces a non-disclosure commitment:

• We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose merchant transaction data, customer khata debts, phone numbers, or inventory prices to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Infrastructure is provided by verified enterprise partners: Google Cloud / Firebase (Hosting, Firestore, Auth), official Google Play Billing APIs, and Razorpay for purchases made on pos.dataflee.com.

5. User Control, Data Retention & Account Deletion

You maintain full sovereignty over your business and application data:

• Local Wipe: Purge local databases, custom templates, saved logos, and logs anytime directly within in-app Settings.
• Complete Account Deletion: You can request permanent erasure of your account and all associated cloud backups by visiting our Account Deletion Page or emailing support@dataflee.com. Data is permanently purged within 7 business days.
