Data Collection Information
A summary of what Dataflee POS collects. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of collection
Data collection is limited to operating POS functionality, processing cloud synchronization, verifying license entitlements, and sending automated telemetry diagnostics.
2. Collected metrics
Device capability metrics (printer connection type, scanner presence, OS version), app performance logs, and aggregate inventory counts.
3. Financial data
We do not collect or store raw customer banking details, credit card numbers, or UPI PINs. UPI payments use direct customer-to-merchant peer transfers.
4. Security controls
Data transmitted to cloud services is encrypted in transit and stored encrypted at rest in Firestore database clusters.
